Good spacious facilities with modern equipment. This gym offers a friendly welcome and professional training service. James is an experienced trainer who always knows how to motivate us and help us achieve our goals. Ely at the health bar offers excellent shakes, smoothie bowls, coffee, and prepared meals. No matter your level, I recommend the Alpha Complex.

Initially, I hesitated before signing up because I'd had bad experiences elsewhere. I was afraid of being judged by others (anxiety) and, above all, of being left to my own devices. Ultimately, it's the best place to feel comfortable and be yourself. The support is fantastic! Ely is very motivating. And what can I say about the energy and passion for their work that James exudes? It's simple: this couple loves everyone and they're so welcoming. Thank you for your support!

Great gym with a great staff. The workouts are effective and not redundant. I think I did two workouts in one year that were similar, which says a lot about Coach's creativity and his dedication to providing workouts that will always challenge us. If you're looking for a motivating gym, this is THE place. In addition to good training, Coach sings, dances, shouts, and makes jokes. Plus, you can bring your kids (it's not a daycare and you still have to manage them, but they're welcome). Nutrition advice is also available, and personalized workouts are available. I've never found anything comparable.

Went for a day pass. Really cool place and good energy. Many racks and dumbbells. Lots of TRX and rings. Not much cardio stuff.
